Nokia 7610
Blessed with an unusually modern design the Nokia 7610 is the phone you should be betting on. This phone has something for every one and except for a few glitches is an excellent release by Nokia.

For the camera phone enthusiast this phone with ground-breaking multimedia features comes with a 1 mega pixel digital camera which will also allow you to shoot up to 10 minutes of video. As a user you have the option of shooting clips in either the 176x144 or 128x96 formats, and of shooting a short MMS friendly clip or a full length, 10 minute long clip. The camera's white balance system is pretty good as compared to other models along with sharpness and color saturation. Movie shooting and editing is made simpler by a handly Movie director application. One really innovative feature is the mute function that allows you to turn off the microphone when recording which can help you save up on lots of space. The video clips may not be as crisp and clear but are much better when compared to other similar mobiles. Video clips, as well as photos, can easily be sent to friends or family via Bluetooth, email, or MMS.

As for the storage Nokia has cleverly placed a 64MB RS-MMC memory card slot which should be quite enough for a mobile phone without a stereo where the question of storing large MP3 files does not arise. (MMC Card Formats)

The phone comes with an excellent 65K color TFT display with a 176x208 resolution which is extremely bright and works well in direct sunlight as well as darkness.

From the cool features and throw-ins perspective the phone has lots to boost of. Apart from the pre-installed applications the range of available downloadable applications is immense enough to keep you busy all year long.

One strong negative feature of this phone is the rather distinctive keypad design which can slow down typing speed quite a bit and can actually be quite annoying to the average mobile phone user unless he gets used to it. But once that happens, you will not experience any more difficulty with it. The pricing is quite attractive and should not be a problem either. Overall this phone has some very good features with solid styling and is apt for anyone looking to get a good camera phone to use for a long time.
